I was a victim of my own thoughts
My life is a good example of what can happen when you change your thinking. I went from being a nervous, angry person, a child who grew up with a very bossy father, with little self-esteem and many problems, to a healthy and happy woman with a great self-confidence who's able to help others. I no longer live in pain and suffering. I've created a wonderful life for myself.
You can do it, too.
My life was marked by many diseases because my mind started making me sick. I had many surgeries such as: tubal pregnancy , removal of the gallbladder, abdominal adhesions, fist-sized uterine fibroids therefore hysterectomy , reflux, fissure of the Supraspinatus Tendon.
I was tormented by: intestinal fungus (Candida), acne rosacea (dermatologists say that acne rosacea is incurable), greatly exaggerated pulse, pain in the joints of the hips, knees, hands and fingers , neck pain, knots in the thyroid and hypothyroidism, Morton's neuralgia , eye injuries, glaucoma and cataract, dry eyes, tinnitus, Vitiligo (pigmentation disorders the skin), steatosis (fatty liver), overweight, diarrhea, etc.

My own problems took me along with a very valuable person. Otto , one of my dearest friends , he helped me to learn about the power of the subconscious mind and positive thinking. Soon I applied the knowledge about positive affirmations on myself , which made me strong and confident. I learned to relax and meditate and to give me the energy in advantage.
But the most important part of my progress was that I got a book from Louse L. Hay "You Can Heal Your Life". Reading this book gave me the very important and final insight of how we are influencing our life by our thoughts. I learned that my old beliefs, and conditioning thought patterns were responsible for all my problems in my life.
So I started reading a lot of psychology books and to make me smart on the internet. I learned to swing the pendulum, and I realized that it knew exactly the answers of my "I" or subconsciousness. The pendulum told me what foods were bad for me and which I had to avoid strictly. I followed this advice, and behold, my conditions were getting much better. But I still was not satisfied. I continued to pray for wisdom in this area and I recognized the power of positive affirmations.
Louise L. Hay says: I've learned that there are really just two mental patterns that contribute to disease: fear and anger. Anger can show up as impatience, irritation , frustration , criticism, resentment, jealousy, or bitterness. These are all thoughts that poison the body. When we release this burden, all the organs in our body begin to function properly. Fear could be tension, anxiety, nervousness, worry, doubt, insecurity, feeling not good enough, or unworthiness. Do you relate to any of this stuff? We must learn to substitute faith for fear if we are to heal.
Every thought we think is going to create our future. I believe that everyone (myself included) is responsible for our own experiences in life. This experiences can be good or bad. What we give out, we get back. Each one of us creates our experiences by the thoughts we think and by the words we speak and by the beliefs we hold, says Louse L. Hay. And I stay with her!
Whatever your beliefs may be about yourself and the world, remember that they're only thoughts, and thoughts can be changed. Some of my ideas may be unfamiliar and frightening to you. Don't worry. Only those ideas that are right for you will become part of you. You may think that some of the techniques are too simple or foolish and could not possibly work for you. I'm only asking you to try them.
