Deep Relaxation

My "Dreamagine" (Dream-Imagining) is nothing else than an Introduction that guides you from your Beta-State to a Delta-State. By doing so, you are going through a process passing the Alpha-State and the Theta-State. See the explanations of every "Consciousness-Status" below. It is meant for helping your body and mind to slip into a deep relaxation. Your consciousness (mind) and unconsciousness (the inner "I") is then more receptive for visualizations or messages for making real your dreams and wishes, or to change some thoughts, believes or behavior patterns. The brainwaves are slower in frequency than your "normal" waking status and represent a state of relaxed mental awareness or reflection. These states are typically associated with contemplation, visualization, problem solving, healing and accessing deeper levels of creativity. The "Alpha-State" is the gate and access that leads into deeper states of consciousness, and ability to create YOUR REALITY, and WORLD.

States of Conscious

Gamma Waves 40 - 100 Hz Gamma Waves
Gamma brainwaves are the most rapid in frequency and signify the highest state of focus possible. They are associated with peak concentration and the brain's optimal frequency for cognitive functioning. Sir Francis Crick (Nobel prize winning scientist) believes that the 40Hz frequency may be the key to the act of cognition.
Beta Waves 12 - 40 Hz Beta Waves
Beta waves are associated with the highest concentration, heightened alertness, hand-eye coordination and visual acuity. And are the brainwaves of our "normal" waking consciousness, of our outward attention, of logical, conscious and analytical thinking. Ideal for: - Highest concentration; - Increased vigilance; - Cognition
Alpha Waves 8 - 12 Hz Alpha Waves
The alpha state is a place of deep relaxation, but not quite meditation. In Alpha, we begin finding the access of the wealth of creativity, located just below the conscious awareness - it is the gate and access leads us into deeper states of consciousness. Ideal for: - Relaxation; - Quiet attention; - Introspective; - Creative Visualization; Problem solving
Theta Waves 4 - 8 Hz Theta Waves
Theta brainwaves are even slower in frequency and represent a state of deep relaxation and meditation, a state between worlds. We usually only experience fleetingly as we come out of the depths of delta in the awaking state and the drifting off to sleep. This status have been used in meditation for centuries. Research has proven thirty minutes a day of Theta meditation can dramatically improve a person's overall health and well-being. Theta has also been identified as the gateway to learning and memory. Ideal for: - Daydreams; - Vivid imagination; - Meditation; - Reminder; - Intuition; - Healing; - Learning
Delta waves 0 - 4 Hz Delta Waves
Delta waves are the slowest in frequency and are associated with deep sleep or long chains of thought revolve around the void or formless energy. While in "Delta Level" we are connected to our source, the universal energy field, and use the energy around our body and mind to revitalize. Ideal for: Detached perception; - Healing; - Deep Sleep

How to get in a Alpha State?

There is a simple way to enter in a Alpha State, just close your eyes and relax. By following the instructions on the mp3's you'll automatically do so. The voice will guide you from your waking status (Beta-Level) to the Alpha-Level through the Theta-Level down to the Delta-Level if desired.

Let your mind visualize what you hear. Feel what you hear and believe what you hear. All the statements you'll hear in the affirmations are TRUE. When you feel resistance than just let it go.

If you get up from your Meditation as the same person you were when you sat down, nothing has happened in your mind and nothing will change in your life. You have to get up from your seat as if you just had the most amazing experience in your life. This insight comes from Dr. Joe Dispenza's book "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.
