When Joints Are Aching

In my life I've learned that there is just fear and anger that contribute to disease. Anger and fear is like poison for our body. Impatience, criticism, resentment, irritation, frustration, jealousy, and bitterness are all results from anger. Tension, unworthiness, anxiety, worry, doubt, nervousness, insecurity, feeling not good enough, are all results from fear. We can heal, and the organs of our body will begin to function properly when we release these patterns.

When we're talking about aching joints, we need to consider the problem that is lying beyond the pain. When we treat our pain with drugs or other treatments, than the problem might go away for a little while, but it will come back when we stop the medication. The same goes for affirmations. Influencing our mind and telling it to release the problem, might work for a short time. What we have to do is to treat and change the beliefs and thought patterns that are responsible for our back pain, in order to achieve a perfect health.

I made the experience that there are two types of food that bothers a lot our joints besides our beliefs and behaviors. It is any kind of pork and sugar. Avoid these foods combined with affirmation and you'll feel marvelous.

Do these things make sense to you?
The subconscious mind controls all of your body functions - from your breathing and your heart-rate, to your digestive system and helps to direct blood around your body. Your subconscious mind therefore has the ability to increase blood flow and circulation and to regenerate your cells. The mind is also responsible for your thoughts and beliefs. It will take time before it is ready to change these thoughts that we have had our entire life. Our body may rebel against these things at first, but be patient and don't stop listening until you notice a change in your mind and in your body. You'll feel it!

For a long term improvement for your back pain, listen to the album daily for at least 3 hours (see: how it works). With long term it is meant months up to years. But don't be discouraged, you'll notice some improvement soon. Use the affirmations as well when you need to, or even leave the affirmations playing in the background while you work, surf the Internet, or do other tasks. Use headsets when there are other people around.
